FEATURES

1 Whole machine structure:

The whole machine adopts modular and integrated design. The floor standing host integrates four modules: pulse electrode furnace, gas circuit system, circuit system, and detection system, with a simple and elegant appearance.

2-Electrode Furnace System:

The pulse electrode furnace has a high heating temperature and uses program-controlled power to provide various program-controlled heating methods such as constant power heating, slope power heating, and segmented heating. It is suitable for rapid analysis of low melting point materials such as aluminum alloys to high melting point materials such as tungsten alloys.

The furnace head has a split structure, with easy disassembly and replacement of the upper and lower electrodes. The lower electrode is made of high-temperature alloy material, which has a long service life and low operating costs.

The unique three-axis guiding cylinder ensures the balance of the electrodes, ensures good contact between the graphite crucible and the upper electrode, ensures uniform force distribution of the graphite crucible, and is conducive to long-term high-temperature heating. The automatic feeding furnace head with air curtain protection and automatic air blowing mechanism effectively ensure the accuracy of oxygen and nitrogen element analysis.

3 Gas System:

Adopting an integrated floor standing design, the internal space is spacious, and there are few connection routes for the air system, resulting in a simple and reliable air system for the entire machine.

All pneumatic components (including solenoid valves, cylinders, pneumatic pipes, and pneumatic joints) are made of imported components, and the lifespan of solenoid valves exceeds one million cycles;

The use of electronic microflow sensors ensures high-precision flow control and reduces the impact of airflow changes on analysis.

4 Circuit System

The circuit system adopts large-scale integrated circuit boards, and the power supply adopts solid-state power modules with short-circuit protection function. The power modules are resistant to current impact, strong anti-interference ability, dust-proof, simple and reliable;

5 Detection System

5.1 Analysis method:

Oxygen: infrared absorption method, nitrogen: thermal conductivity method.

5.2 Infrared detector:

Integrated solid-state infrared sensor for oxygen measurement, with multiple range infrared detection cells available for selection. Infrared light source, long-life precious metal miniature infrared emitter, and gold-plated metal reflector; The modulation system uses a high-precision stepper motor controlled by a microcontroller to ensure long-term stability of the modulation frequency. Combined with internationally advanced narrowband filters and high-precision A/D sampling cards, the whole machine has extremely high detection sensitivity and can effectively detect oxygen content at the ppm level. The instrument also uses advanced temperature compensated semiconductor detectors to reduce external influences and stabilize baseline signals.

5.3 Thermal conductivity detector:

By using a high-sensitivity thermal conductivity detection cell with continuously adjustable cell current, the device ensures sensitivity and linearity at all stages of the measurement range. Combined with high-precision amplifiers and 24 bit A/D sampling cards and other hardware, the accuracy of nitrogen measurement from low to high levels is guaranteed. The detection system adopts a low drift, high-precision, large range, high-sensitivity thermal conductivity detector with low failure rate, strong reliability, and good stability.

6 Application software

A Chinese application software based on the Windows operating system, with a PC interface that adopts data exchange technology, has built a system working mode for communication between upper and lower computers, with multi window and multi task operations. In terms of database management, it has achieved automatic storage of data, powerful functions, multiple filtering database retrieval engines, remote monitoring of databases through networks, dynamic synchronous display, storage, amplification of work curves, and multi-level comparison of multiple curves, among dozens of other functions.

1. Quickly display the results and analysis curves of the analysis;

2. Automatic storage of analysis results;

3. Automatic input of sample weight;
